Do a quick consultation call

This is a free 15-minute phone call to briefly tell me about your situation and what you are going through. This will help us to know if we are a good fit for each other. I will answer any questions you might have about how my therapy approach will help you get back to feeling healthy, mentally and emotionally. If we decide to work together, I will need your health insurance information, date of birth, and personal email to verify your out-of-network benefits. If you cannot use your insurance, you can also pay cash for the sessions.

Step 2 - Attend First Session

Setup your first session

Within the next business day, I will email you a couple of legal documents that you need to sign online. After that, we will set up a date to meet for the initial assessment and decide on the next steps together. If you are in the Broward County area of Florida, we can meet either in person or online. If you are in another area of Florida, we can have the session online. I work at three different offices in Broward County: Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation.

Step 3 - Make Progress

Make progress and feel better

You will meet with me weekly to work on your emotional wounds and symptoms until we see significant progress and you feel better. Working on yourself will help you bring about change in your life and move forward.
